Taking time for every single pipe and creating the best I can is what guarantees high quality and longevity.
Therefore, I give three years of warranty for every pipe.
Warranty policy
The warranty refers to all pipes offered in this shop.
It’s runtime is three years since date of purchase. It can be claimed by the person listed in the purchase confirmation or an entitled other. In the rare case of doubt, date of purchase as well as the buyer’s name have to be submitted via the purchase confirmation.
The warranty may be claimed in an uncomplicated fashion via this page or via mail to [email protected].
For problems obviously caused by flaws of material or crafting, I guarantee reparation or a similar substitute within four weeks - don’t worry, mostly it will go way quicker.
Signs of wear are not covered by the warranty - so please, always take good care of your pipe. With proper care you’ll be able to mightily prolong its life! So put away the propane torch! ;)
